Reporting hate crime
We will do everything we can to support those affected by hate crime. You’ll be treated with compassion and sensitivity.
Hate crime incidents should always be reported to the police as the first step. For non-emergencies, call 101, and for emergencies, call 999. You can also report hate crimes to your local police force or via our online form, via serve self-serve on the website or via the contact centre.
Once you’ve reported the incident to the police, please get in touch with us. We’ll then investigate further.
We provide support through referrals to external agencies or our dedicated case handler.
Partnerships: we work with the police and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support and action.
