Providing specialist homes
We provide specialist homes for people who are homeless, have learning disabilities, older people and those with mental health issues.
Individuals must be referred to us and the homes are usually funded by the local authority for that area.
Homelessness and transitional
We focus our support on people who are experiencing multiple disadvantages or have had traumatic experiences. Many of them have experienced homelessness, substance misuse, involvement with the criminal justice system and mental ill health.
Learning disabilities
Our care and support workers help people with learning disabilities to understand their own lifestyle ambitions and achieve their goals. We focus on providing the support our residents want in the way they want it.
Older People
We provide specialist homes and support for people aged 55 and over. Our support workers help them to maintain their independence, connect with communities and have healthier, more fulfilled lives.
Mental health
We help people to recover from mental ill health and substance misuse and improve their long-term resilience. Our peer support workers help people to recognise and achieve their personal goals, develop their skills and confidence and regain control over their wellbeing.
