Meet LEAP, your free energy specialist advice service, they’ll go through your energy bills with you in detail, find the best solutions and energy providers to save you money, and can even switch energy providers on your behalf. They can also give you advice on:

  • Using a smart energy meter (instead of your usual gas and electricity readings)
  • Tips and advice to save energy  
  • How to heat your home cost effectively 

For support with your bills, and to book a session, complete the online form, and if you’re eligible, we’ll refer you for your free session. Or, get in touch with LEAP directly. 

Please note: To use LEAP there are some eligibility requirements. Check if you’re eligible, or get in touch and we’ll let you know. If you’re not able to use LEAP, we’ll do our best to recommend alternative support.

Meet Pocket Power - if you need support for your energy bills and beyond, we’ve also partnered with Pocket Power who can offer you help with a wide range of things:

  • Reducing your mobile phone bill  
  • Reducing your broadband bill
  • Access to food vouchers
  • Discounts available. 

During your free session, they’ll:

  • Ask you about all your bills and current situation
  • Talk you through your options
  • Explain anything you might be stuck on and get you on the way to saving money.
