The Four Million Homes programme is a new government training scheme funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and has been designed to help improve resident engagement and action for change in social housing.
The programme aims to provide free accredited training sessions to residents through a series of face-to-face events, webinars, and online resources.
