Right To Buy discounts are changing

Following the Government announcement on the changed discounts for the Right to Buy, we’re seeing a high volume of enquiries.

To speed up the process, please take a look at the information about the scheme and if you meet the criteria, download the application form. 

You’ll need to print the form and sign it with a wet signature. Please email your completed form . It would greatly help the process if you can confirm whether your tenancy is either a legacy Peabody or legacy Catalyst tenancy in your email.

The deadline to receive applications is 21 November. Applications received after this date will be processed on the lower discount rate.
