What is the Resident Communications Group? 

This group gives you a voice in all things communications. From newsletters to website content and social media, your feedback ensures we deliver information that works best for you.

As a member, you'll review and improve communications like:

• Resident annual reviews

Who can join? 

All residents are welcome to join. We welcome tenants, leaseholders, shared ownership residents and care and support customers.  

How does it work? 

The group is informal, with mostly online meetings. You can take part as much or as little as you like. Your input will directly shape our final communications, and we’ll keep you updated on the impact.
