From social media and email newsletters, to events and website updates, we use lots of different ways to communicate with our residents, community partners and businesses, keeping you updated about work in your community, providing information on support available, and inviting you to upcoming events.

The survey is designed to capture views on various aspects of our communications, such as:

• What channels do you use to receive updates?
• What do you want to receive updates on? 
• How could we better keep you updated?

The survey will close on Friday 7 June 2024 and should take no longer than five minutes to complete.
