Online Jobs Fair a great success

We held our first online Jobs Fair in July and we've had great feedback from participants

There were 5,208 bookings for the 19 webinars held during our free Jobs Fair on 22 July. Employers taking part included Clifford Chance, the Metropolitan Police, the London Fire Brigade and many more.

We've had positive feedback from lots of those who participated, people like Cynthia who said:

"I attended the Peabody’s 'Free Expert Employment Advice' and 'Make your CV stand out' workshops and I can say they were life-changing. The professionals leading the sessions were superb and they gave amazing advice on how to improve a CV and sell yourself to future employers. I was very happy with the workshops and I would definitely join them again!"

Jobseeker Abass added: "The Peabody virtual jobs fair had a wide selection of webinars to choose from, including CV workshops, interview skills and guidance on the application process for some specific jobs from the employers themselves. I could also watch re-runs of webinars in the evening if I needed to. Overall, the jobs fair was very informative and useful for me and gave me more insight into roles I had not previously considered, including public sector roles and more."
