Lowri House are offering gardening sessions for you to get into a fun new hobby or rediscover nature in a supportive environment.
Peabody is supporting Mental Health Awareness Month, which is all about moving more for your mental health, gardening sessions provide a gentle opportunity to get moving. Simple activities like this can have a wide range of benefits for your overall wellbeing.
Earnest, Lowri House resident, planted tomatoes, sweet peppers and sweet pea flowers at a recent session. The support staff also got involved and helped re-pot some of the office plants (which had over-grown and had plant babies).
