Creative campus planned for Fish Island
We have started work on site at Fish Island Village in Hackney Wick, East London, to create nine ground floor commercial units earmarked to become a creative campus for fashion and creative start-ups.

Located in one of the ‘Olympic Fringe’ neighbourhoods fronting the Hertford Union Canal, Fish Island Village is a 2.85 hectare mixed-use joint venture development with Peabody and Hill, which comprises 600 quality new homes and quality new homes and c57,000 sqft of commercial space.
Fish Island Village is working with social enterprise and co-working provider The Trampery, to establish a campus for fashion and creative start-ups with dedicated studio space, facilities, and social spaces. Contractor Thomas Sinden will be working on delivering flexible commercial space for fashion designers and entrepreneurs, along with workshops, maker spaces, cafes and function rooms.
