All services return to our usual opening times from 8am on Thursday 2 January 2025. 

If you need to report an emergency outside of these hours, please call us on 0300 123 3456 and you will get through to our Out of Hours Team.

Residents will still be able to access MyPeabody throughout the festive period but we ask that residents ring us to report any emergency repairs.

If residents are experiencing any issues whereby they do not feel safe or their property is not safe – please report to Emergency Services in the first instance.
