Black History Month Fund

We’re working with A2Dominion and other housing associations to celebrate Black History all year round.

Published: 06/01/2025

Our ‘Black History Month Fund 365’ offers grants four times a year where local voluntary and community organisations can apply for up to £1,000 to help with planning or running projects. The fund is now open for January 2025, so prepare your application now.

The fund is a partnership between Peabody and fellow housing associations A2 Dominion, Metropolitan Thames Valley, Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes. We’re working to bring communities together, promote awareness and celebrate the contributions of women and men of African and Caribbean heritage.

Have questions about the fund? Contact A2Dominion’s Community Investment team and they’ll help you. If you’d like help crafting a strong application, please contact us.

Celebrating black history is a significant part of Peabody’s culture. We organise and support events in our communities and with colleagues to recognise the achievements and contributions of people of black heritage around the world.
