Find out about broadband fibre connectivity and more
We understand the importance of being connected and we want all of our residents to have access to faster, affordable and more reliable broadband. To do this, we're working on a strategic programme that will make sure all of our residents have access to fast, affordable broadband and the benefits that connectivity brings.
We will be working with broadband providers who can deliver a reliable service to residents and work safely and without risk to our residents or the buildings. Connecting every household will take us time so please be patient while we work on the best approach. We will be writing to residents of individual properties when we have agreed a programme and let you know which provider/s will be connecting in your area.
If you are interested in obtaining a faster broadband service, please use the link below to register your interest. We ask that you do this before talking to any broadband providers.
Satellite aerials
We recognise that residents wish to access a variety of media channels and we understand that satellite aerials are an important part of enabling wider choice. We provide communal aerial systems on the majority of buildings that contain four or more homes where satellite reception can be received.
There are buildings, particularly those which are smaller or single homes that don’t have an existing communal satellite aerial and we accept applications for installing a private aerial on those buildings. Please contact us to gain permission before arranging installation.
Satellite technology
Satellite technology is constantly changing and keeping up with the technical demand can be challenging. We offer residents of multi-dwelling blocks the opportunity to access a communal aerial system that gives access to a variety of channels, however, is not currently able to support migration to enhanced digital services such as Sky Q.
